Jedinou terapi\u00ed je mobil nepou\u017e\u00edvat alespo\u0148 t\u00fdden. J\u00e1 ale rozhodn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00fd nejsem! Tuto v\u011btu vyslov\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u0159et\u00ed, kter\u00e9ho se tato nemoc t\u00fdk\u00e1. Je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 si to p\u0159iznat, nen\u00ed se v\u0161ak za co styd\u011bt. K t\u00e9to z\u00e1vislosti jsme se nedostali sami od sebe. I p\u0159es to, \u017ee m\u00e1te mo\u017enost si mobil uklidit, rad\u011bji ho nesete v ruce. \u00b7 Ka\u017ed\u00fdch p\u011bt minut a \u010dast\u011bji sledujete, jestli n\u011bkdo nep\u0159idal n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho na Instagram, Facebook nebo Twitter. R\u00e1di si ve voln\u00e9m \u010dase prohl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky sv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00e1tel a i svoje star\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky. \u00b7 Neum\u00edte komunikovat v re\u00e1lu. Natolik jste si zvykli na sv\u011bt SMS a chatu, \u017ee je pro V\u00e1s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00e9 s n\u011bk\u00fdm mluvit. Jste zvykl\u00ed na to, \u017ee v mobilu si ka\u017edou zpr\u00e1vu m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159edem promyslet. \u00b7 V\u00e1\u0161 mobil je neust\u00e1le nabit\u00fd.
